COMMITTEES
LANDSCAPING: Marcia Griffith, Debbie Long, Dan Dwyer, Babette Cribbs
Goal: review, design, execute and maintain IV landscaping via contract or volunteer coordination
INSURANCE: Dan Dwyer, Jeff Ford
COMMUNICATIONS: Mickey Marusak, Tim Cribbs
ARCHITECTURAL: Len O'Hara, Bob Zacher, Pam Leckie, Mickey Marusak
Goal: To preserve and standardize the exterior appearance of IV Buildings and Grounds; e.g. windows, decks, plantings, etc. Island Village residents submit requests to this committee for review which then submits their findings to the Board of Directors for final approval.
BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS: Bob Zacher, Pam Leckie
Goal: To oversee all ongoing construction and ensure that contracts are adhered to. Make recommendations to the Board on any changes to ongoing maintenance of IV and oversee the "spiff-up" of the grounds and special projects with the help of volunteers. Act as point people for issues and concerns from residents.
BYLAWS & REGULATIONS: Ron Zylich, Mickey Marusak & John Scott
Goal: To review the existing IV Association documents and revisions and make any changes necessary to satisfy the requirements of Florida Statutes and IV residents.
FINANCE: Dan Dwyer, Steve Donella, Pat Connellan
Goal: Assist PCM (formerly ADI) in preparation of IV Annual Budget including reserves. Review current monthly budget and assist PCM in recommending any changes that may be needed. Oversee a financial audit of IV assets as needed and report results to the Board of Directors.
